Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships. Use it on our courier partner's website to follow your delivery in real time.
Delays & Exceptions
- Weather conditions or courier disruptions may extend delivery times.
- Public holidays can add 1–2 extra business days.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays — please double-check at checkout.
